Chorchaba has a long history and friendship with The Cheshire Smokehouse - her range of Thai food has been available in the Smokehouse Shop for a while now, and her Thai cookery classes (held on the first Monday of every month here at the Smokehouse) have been extremely popular. Having owned a restaurant for over 10 years, she is now branching out with a new outside catering company 'Love Thai Event Catering'.
Love Thai are able to operate from any location, with or without a working kitchen. Any size or style of event can be catered for, from sit-down meals for 10 to a buffet for 250 people. Staff and tableware can also be provided if necessary. The beauty of Thai food is the fresh and fabulous array of flavours, it is naturally healthy and will make any event individual and memorable.
